Pocket, named for the double pocket doors on one
of it's walls, is the house's quietest and darkest room. It's
interior position in the house plus the fact that the drapes
close this room off well make it especially suitable for those
who are looking for a good nights sleep. The centerpiece of
the room is a gorgeous high four-poster mahogany bed. Lush
forest green walls and floral tapestry wallpaper give this
room a rich cozy feel. The Victorian Mahogany antiques and
beautiful artwork complete Pockets ambiance. But a special
treat indeed is the up close view of our backyard hummingbird
feeding station. Almost close enough to reach out and touch
you will be entertained by these little gems with wings from
early May through late September. This room offers a private
full bath featuring a tub with shower, hair drier, and deliciously
scented hand soaps, lotions, shampoo and bath gel. Pocket
has central air conditioning & heat, WiFi high speed Internet
and flat screen television with cable.
