*Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax or gratuity.  Additional person in room $25.00 adult - $10.00 children.  Rollaway beds are available for larger rooms at an additional charge of $25.00. The house can be rented for private gatherings and weddings.

We require a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee your reservation.  We have a 14 day cancellation policy.  If you must cancel within a 14 day period, your 50% deposit in addition to a $25 cancellation fee will be charged unless we are able to re-sell your room.

For the comfort of all of our guests, The Spencer House is Non Smoking. Smoking in the Inn will result in a cleaning charge of $125.00.

You will be responsible for un-rentable nights due to odor from smoking.

Check in is 3pm - 7pm and checkout is at 12 noon.  Please make prior arrangements with other time requests.
